بیشتر افراد فکر می‌کنند به یادسپاری گذشته و کارهایی که در آن انجام داده‌اند بسیار مهم است. اما من معتقدم گذشته‌ها گذشته و چیزی که مهم است امروز و آینده شماست.

کاری که در گذشته انجام داده‌اید نقشی در آینده شما نخواهد داشت. پس بهتر است تمامی حواس خود را بر روی کارها و وقایع امروز خود قرار دهید و از لحظه‌ای که در آن هستید لذت ببرید.

در این مقاله قصد داریم ? روش مناسب برای فراموش کردن حوادث و رویداد‌های ناگوار گذشته را بیان کنیم  که در آن نقش رفتاردرمانی به روش ساده را خواهید آموخت.

طرز فکر خود را تغییر دهید:

هر چیزی که بر روی آن تمرکز کنید بر روی احساسات و نحوه زندگی شما نیز تاثیر خواهد داشت. به جای اینکه تمامی تمرکز خود را بر روی افکار منفی قرار دهید که در گذشته رخ داده است، بهتر است موقعیت جدیدی برای خود بسازید. بازیافت تمامی افکار خود را آغاز کنید و سعی کنید افکار مثبت را جایگزین افکار منفی نمایید.

سعی کنید از جملات مثبتی همچون “من می‌توانم کارهای خوبی انجام دهم” ، “من بسیار باهوش هستم” ، “گذشته‌ها گذشته” ، ” هیچ چیزی نمی‌تواند جلوی رشد و موفقیت مرا بگیرد” استفاده نمایید.

زمانی که از خواب بیدار می‌شوید این جملات مثبت را با صدای بلند تکرار کنید. خواهید دید که در زمان کوتاه حس بسیار خوبی دارید.

رابطه خود را با برخی از دوستانتان قطع کنید:

همیشه در زندگی ما افرادی وجود دارند که هیچ نقش مثبتی ایفا نمی‌کنند و تنها باعث کند شدن جریان زندگیمان می‌شوند. در اینگونه موارد قطع کردن رابطه بهترین گزینه است.

برای افرادی که می‌خواهند افکار منفی را برای همیشه از ذهنشان پاک کنند، رابطه با دوستان منفی نیز باید قطع شود. باید خودتان را از این افراد دور نگه دارید زیرا آن‌ها یادآور خاطراتی هستند که ذهن شما را به گذشته سوق خواهد داد.

وقتی می‌گویم رابطه را قطع کنید، منظورم یک جدایی همیشگی و تمرکز بر روی تصورات مثبت و روحیه بخش است. اگرچه انجام اینکار در ابتدا کمی دشوار است اما ارزشش را دارد.

برای خودتان هدف مشخصی تعیین کنید:

یکی از مهم‌ترین روش‌ها برای فراموش کردن حوادث تلخ گذشته، مشخص کردن یک هدف خاص برای آینده است. باید با این حقیقت آشنا باشید که بروز حوادث ناگوار یا تجارب بد در گذشته به معنای رسیدن به آخر خط نیست.

شما پتانسیل کافی برای دسترسی به نقاط بزرگ در زندگی را دارید. تصور کنید در آینده کار بسیار بزرگی انجام داده‌اید، به دانشگاه رفته‌اید، شغل جدیدی کسب کرده‌اید و به رویای همیشگی خود دست یافته‌اید. همیشه به تصورات و رویاهای مثبت خود بها دهید و به فکر رشد و پرورش آن‌ها باشید.

روحیه نفرت را با روحیه عشق ورزی و دوست داشتن عوض کنید. خواهید دید اولین نفری که از این عشق نفع می‌برد خود شما هستید.

تحت تاثیر قرار دادن دیگران را متوقف کنید:

آیا تا به حال برایتان پیش آمده که احساس کنید هیچ کس شما را درک نمی‌کند و هر تصمیمی می‌گیرید نمی‌توانید آن را عملی کنید؟ اگر پاسخ شما به این جواب مثبت است پس آن‌ها چیزی را که شما می‌بینید مشاهده نمی‌کنند. شما بدهکار هیچ کسی نیستید و نیاز نیست برای هر تصمیمی که می‌گیرید از دیگران اجازه بگیرید و رای و نظر آن‌ها را نیز بدانید.

سعی کنید تایید گرفتن از دیگران را فراموش کنید و به خودتان حق زندگی کردن بدهید. شما نمی‌توانید همه مردم روی زمین را راضی نگه دارید این کار غیر ممکن است. پس به دنبال انجام کار غیر ممکن نباشید.

اگر بخواهید همه افراد را راضی نگه دارید تنها اتفاقی که می‌افتد نا امیدی شماست. اصلا مهم نیست که شما چقدر انسان خوب و دوست داشتنی هستید، همیشه افرادی در اطرافتان خواهند بود که شما را دوست ندارند و کارهایتان را نیز تایید نمی‌کنند.

این نیز بخشی از زندگی است پس به فکر خودتان باشید و از زندگی امروز خود نهایت لذت را ببرید.

هاردنر که به عنوان عامل پخت و یا سخت کننده نیز شناخته می‌شود جزیی است که برای پخت رزین اپوکسی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. تعداد زیادی هاردنر برای پخت رزین اپوکسی استفاده می‌شود که یکی از متداول ترین آنها هاردنرهای پایه آمینی است. هاردنرهای نوع آمین از آمونیاک (NH?)  تشکیل شده‌اند که بر اساس تعداد آمین در مولکول به گروهایی از جمله مونو آمین، دی آمین، تری آمین یا پلی آمین تقسیم می‌شوند و بر اساس نوع هیدروکربن موجود شامل انواعی مثل آلیفاتیک، سیکلوآلیفاتیک، آروماتیک، آمین اصلاح شده و … می‌باشند و هرکدام خواص و کاربردهای منحصر بفرد خود را دارند.

هاردنر پلی آمین  (Polyamine Hardener) جزیی از خانواده‌ی هاردنرهای نوع آمین است که در ساختار خود چندین گروه آمینی دارد و معمولا  برای پخت اپوکسی در دمای اتاق استفاده می‌شود.

رزین اپوکسی و هاردنر پلی آمینی هر دو بصورت مایع هستند که وقتی با یکدیگر ترکیب می‌شوند، در دمای اتاق واکنش داده و اتصالات عرضی بین این دو ماده شیمیایی تشکیل می‌شود. وقتی تعدادی از این اتصالات عرضی شکل گرفت سیستم به حالت ژل در آمده و در ادامه با تکمیل شدن اتصالات سیستم به حالت جامد در آمده و اصطلاحا پخته می‌شود.
